Day 13 - Nuts & Berries - hippie food!

That's all we have in the fridge Matt exclaims 'nuts & berries & hippie food!'. To me the fridge looks delicious & I can't wait to start into my meals for the day. To him he want to know where the steak is. Why haven't I baked any banana bread lately (this really was an almost weekly staple in our house) & what the hell he's going to eat for dinner. I don't mean to make him out to be an ogre - he's really not at all & very supportive. But it is a challenge. We don't eat the same meals & the fridge is stocked with amazing delicious living RAW food & when you're looking for something to bbq for dinner - it's more of a challenge these days.
This is some hippie food I had for breakfast, a tasty breakfast parfait with fresh fruit, Cacao-Nutty Buckwheat Crispies & a coconut yoghurt (or you can use almond mylk) from www.healthyfunkyfoods.com
The Cacao-Nutty Buckwheat Crispies are made with: buckwheat, cashews, pecans, agave, hemp seeds, & cacao - guess like a nutritious cocoa puffs & way tastier & nourishing. Yummy!
